  Myself & my hole neighbor hood have been excited about the new Sam food mart! So as of its grand opening i've given them my bussiness figuring it would help growth in the neighborhood, but i've ran into a problem i pay a deposit on all glass & aluminum! They wont allow 4 me 2 return the product i've purchase from them & payed deposit. So wat do they want us 2 litter the area cauz hes 2 lazy 2 return deposits

  I live down the street and the customer service is terrible I go there all the time and every time I go now they charge me more for a backwoods every time I used too buy the singles at first it was 1.30 then 1.50 then 1.80 then 2.00 FOR ONE BACKWOODS (this all happened within one week) I also used to go there to buy all my beer never carded once then all of a sudden they give me a hard time because I shaved my beard. He literally sold me the beer gave me my change THEN questioned me about my age and demanded to see my ID my girlfriend also went there too buy cranberry juice the one she picked out was out of date so she had to buy a more expensive one (same size bottle) but instead of give her a price break for the inconviance of corse she payed the full price (6.00 for a 24 oz) then has the nerve to say “we take care of our customers” all in all I would say my experience at sams was not a good one it’s highway robbery with no customer service which sucks cause everywhere else I have lived has had an awesome corner store (the kind of place you want on your corner) but not here unfortunately
